"After we booked The Little Elm our favorite restaurant in Puerto del carmen I read a review giving this excellent one time no 1 in Puerto del carmen restaurant one star I thought this cant be right but how wrong we were. We wanted the famous Sunday Lunch that Alan and Tim made a name for. We were told that they only had the Chicken dinner but we didn't really fancy it. We'll never mind it happens so we both ordered steak fillet for my wife well done and ribeye for me cooked medium. To cut a long story short my wife's fillet was to her liking and the onion rings were very nice but the peas and the chips and the plate were cold.. My ribeye was so thin it was about 10mm and 4 oz and overdone My peas and chips and plate were awful and cold also (is there many things worse than a cold plate). It is impossible to cook a 10mm steak tp medium. It just doesn't work. I did not want to spoil the last evening of our holidays so I reluctantly ate it and was still very hungry. I very discretely pointed it out to the young girl that this was the thinnest ribeye I had ever seen. She replied oh really and said she would tell the management. No one came to see me so I left my wife to pay the 50 euros bill whilst I went outside to calm down and promptly ordered fish a chips at the Cod Father downstairs because I was still very hungry. Never nevet again come back Alan and Tim I'll gladly pay you double Derek"
