"This is a horse meat shop with a countersale, to which a restaurant is connected. there are good bourgeois kitchen, bock sausages, lopse, sour roast, gulasch and so far, but also steaks from the horse. as supplements are different salads, vegetables and potato variations to choose from. I had 2 klopse with knödeln and a bohnensalat and was fully satisfied with everything. the lopse were in a delicious brown sauce. I also tried the foal roast from my friend, who was in a pfeffer sauce and also really great! for everyone who likes to eat a good place. even if you want to try it, this is also a good place!"

"Nicely furnished but very loud. we were there for a 4-course candle-light dinner with a groupon coupon.Every fish or meat. no choice for individual courses and no flexibility.The quality of the courses was still satisfactory. the bark carpaccio was not good. the slices too thick, all with too much lemon and the meat quality was not great either. the complaint of my wife to this gang was overheard by the waiter. the second floor consisted of panzerotti with cheese and spinach filling in stone mushroom sauce. was really good and the highlight of the menu. after that dead-fried pork medals with pfeffer sauce and to finish as desserts a small piece of a torte from the pie grease. Although much personal but some obviously overwhelmed with the hospitality of guests.The restaurant seems to us little suitable for a beautiful romantic candle-light dinner."

"As occasionally, we were again in a restaurant food.This time we had chosen the colping house in recklinghausen. the building looks very appealing. unfortunately we had bad luck with our reservation. the table was not in the restaurant but in the restaurant. at the tresen sat a few older men who crumble. that never goes with quiet comments. the noise level was very high. I found it disturbing, because we couldn't really entertain ourselves.Our food was good and came to the table quite at the same time. I had a pancake with smoked salmon and a mixed salad. I was very amazed at the amount of salmon. it was much more than expected. the salate was really good. not the usual "salt salad" from much iceberg salad and few other varieties.Because of the good food and the accommodating service I would probably return there again. but I would insist on a table in the restaurant."

"We have ordered for 3 people pizza and wanted to pick up these, as no delivery service exists, at the agreed time. they weren't done, I had the impression that they were just being made. the quality is tasteful, but we will not eat there anymore, as the price-performance ratio is not true. for the size of the pizza it is really too expensive. I'd rather go to Gallicio."
