"During a family trip to Los Angeles from Salt Lake City we found ourselves a bit stranded, but managed to get stuck where we were lucky to find great freshly prepared food at Rick's Burger on Garvey Street in Rosemead (an area my wife, son, and I became quickly and well acquainted with). I enjoyed an Avocado Cheeseburger combo while my wife had a Chef Salad w/Turkey Ham, while my son had chicken strips. The food was delicious and hit the spot, and was a nice change of pace from traditional fast food. It felt like a classic diner from the long past. They had covered outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. I think with any future excursions to Los Angeles area, I would much rather stay in this area because of places like this. Thank you to the great people at Rick's Burger for the delicious experience!"

"5 stars for Hawaii hits the streets of LA!! Bachan is clearly a descendent of Hawaiian style Cooking and keeping it real for us Angelinos. Light and real sugar teriyaki sauce. Delicate and flavorful, it's really something to experience. I've had both the combination ribs and chicken and the salmon plate. Awesome! I've tasted the Mahi Mahi and suggest you try that too. This place even has Chili Burgers and fries!!! Gotta save something for next time. Yes, I'll be back and will be taking orders for the rest. This is a very small place with four tables, so plan accordingly. Most people order ahead and take out."

"Since the move to rosemead this is my first time to explore rosemead gems. start their meal with this fantastic teller of Vietnamese fried egg rolls. they are very crispy and come in easy to eat sticks. I love it so much. Feel free to wrap them with salad because Vietnamese eating is always rich in sweet. my recommended main courses: chopped chicken noodle soup dice steak over tomato paste rice grilled garnel, pork, egg roll over dried tiny vermicelli not only on the menu, they are also super tasty and well cooked. the noodle is so smooth, rice smells great and vermicelli is perfect for its toppings. pork and huh are extremely delicate juicy. I cannot believe that I will find such fantastic texture in the usa (sorry biden for bark teller, my server recommended medium' level and it was perfect. ! durian lovers! Don't forget to order this MUST-TRY durian x avocado drink. I have never seen it anywhere in the world tbh (also in vietnam itself lol) it is very thick jummy because they use real durian and avo! they stay away when they hate the Durian Term. the smell is very nice for a durian lover like me."

"This spot is by far the one of the best French restaurants I've tasted! Y'all definitely need to check this mom and pop shop out! Food: amazing! All of their food is fresh and cooked excellently! They serve fresh baked bread and butter, then a salad and soup, and your entree shortly after. The steak was a special that night and was SO good. The flavors were well seasoned. Service: good! They are a mom and pop shop so they have a good relationship with the customers. They check in frequently and run the front of house pretty well!"
