"Food pretty good. Extreeeeemelyyyy slow service. Highland location usually 15 mins max. Waited almost 40 mins for 2 Chicken Teriyaki Bento boxes. Order guy at window sorta rude. So it's pretty safe to say I will visit other locations and NOT this one again"

"Usually my pizza is great but this time it was messed up. They got my order wrong and it was my fault also I didn't look at the pie before I left also if I would've I would've seen there was pepperoni on it (I specifically said NO pepperoni Only sausage mushroom and Extra cheese) so I was partially at fault too."

"This location is one of the best ones in the Memphis area. However it has wasted potential. We went there yesterday and the food was great as always I got the double and cheese and my hubs got the spicy chicken sandwich they were awesome as every item on the menu is but it was hard to get the waitress to come to our table. The milkshakes are not as great in person as they appear on the menu, mine was a turtle caramel shake and it was just a plain vanilla icecream shake with too much caramel stuck to the sides of the glass, it was super hard and I had to eat it separately because it was imposible to mix it with the rest if the vanilla shake. My husband 's 'cookie dough ' shake was nothing more than, again, plain vanilla shake with a few scattered pieces of hard cookie crumbs... it was ok but not what we expected, we would have been better off just ordering a chocolate or strawberry shake. All in all, it 's always a good place to go and you get a lot of bang for your buck."

"Today I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was terrible, I wanted to give zero stars, it took 2 hours to get our food and it was a little cold I just brought it home and heated it up because I didn't want to wait anymore. the glass was greasy around the tip and my drink was in it. I will never visit this restaurant again. I asked the waitress what took so long to get the food out, and she replied that she had only one cook for the whole restaurant and if that was really the reason why they should have closed for the day. also the gratitude that has been added should not have been added to my order because I was not a party individually. I spoke to the manager and she was not worried at all that she just got a tipp because I hadn't left, the service was very bad."

"Food below average. Po’boy not very good. Shrimp was not whole shrimp. Bread was a hoagie roll not crusty French bread. Two tiny pieces of tomato sliced very thin. Lettuce didn’t seem very fresh.Overall I was very disappointed in the quality off Hendrix."

"This place has been on my list of places to try and I am glad I finally got to try because it was absolutely delicious. For the appetizer we got egg rolls which were great. As an entree we ordered the Chicken hibachi with yum yum sauce, sizzling Korean BBQ steak and Volcano rolls"
