"Upon entering Saigon Kitchen, you're greeted right away. The atmosphere is awesome, very laid back, very relaxing vibes. Service is immediate, dishes are explained when needed. I'll talk food first, even though drinks came out first. The food is amazing. We had the Coconut shrimp to start, best I've had, I think in AZ. The Spring Rolls are delightful, with the perfect nutty sauce to dip them in. Then the main dishes, fantastic. I had a clay pot, Filet Mignon, the steak was perfect. We shared a Fried Rice, which was perfect. My wife had a Pho soup, she loved it. I thought it was a little sweet, but she's the expert on Pho. Everything came out quickly, we were never wanting anything. Now for the drinks. Yes, you get water, but who cares. The Old Fashioned! Best I've had, and I've had many. They use the right cherry, enough orange zest, and Buffalo Trace bourbon. They have others, but this is my goto when Elijah Craig isn't present. The Sangria is sensational. I several types of fruit in the glass, not on the rim, my only change, otherwise, it was perfect. The smell, the taste, it checked every box. They have a large wine collection, but neither of us were in the mood for wine. The music really sets the mood, and it's so easy to kick back and relax while enjoying a good meal with great drinks."

"Been 45+ minutes and I still can't taste right...over seasoned steak. Wasn't going to review an simply mention to waitress on way out but immediately told that's the normal seasoning, um I've been here before and my wife confirmed that steak was jacked. So here I am with light seasoning suggested next time by waitress yet my wife's sirloin delicious, bloomin onion heavy seasoned an bomb, my New York I'm still paying the price after brushing my teeth even. This salty aftermath that ruined the rest of my beer an food isn't normal. I tipped well still as not waitress fault and I don't send food back, ever, but be more open to listening to a customer an not so quick to defend an maybe they'll return, just a suggestion"

"Working in the online food delivery space, I know its essential for any restaurant or brand to pay very close attention to their NPS, which is a customer satisfaction metric that measures how likely a customer will return to make a future purchase based on a current purchase. Typically, I enjoy my experiences at PeiWei, but today was different. When we opened the Bourbon Chicken entree, it appeared good, but once we started digging in, we found that it was swimming in sauce. Turns out, a soppy, soggy, rice dish, isnt that appetizing. So, PeiWei, I commented on your survey, but wanted to add this review accompanied by photos, so you could understand why I awarded such a low score."
