"A great find. A nice restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. We sat near the fireplace and made it a quiet and romantic environment. There were 3-4 things on the menu that I really fought to choose between, I chose the pork traumahawk that... was great. My wife has the pizza she enjoyed, but was very cheeky. Great value too."

"Entre as visitas, aos sítios arqueológicos, paramos nesse charmoso hotel 3 estrelas, sendo sua arquitetura em madeira, como cores em tons vibrante de mostarda e terracota. Possuindo um restaurante no andar térreo e decorado, com panelas em cobre, lareira, cadeiras e mesas em madeira, contando em seu cardápio com típica culinária Peruana, dentre eles, os famosos Lomo Saltado, escolha do tripulante Emmanuel e Chinceron de Pollo, minha escolha. E claro que nosso almoço foi acompanhado da nossa cerveja local favorita Cusqueña, com direito a entrada de pães focinhos de milho e manteiga. Local muito agradável, comida caseira e bons preços."

"We went here with a group of 12 folks in mid July when traveling between the Sacred Valley and Cusco. I believe we each paid about $12USD each plus 10% tip, which included the lunch buffet (which was all you could eat entrees, desserts, soup,...etc) and a drink (bottled water/soda) there is also a small bar if you want a beer, wine or mixed drink. There was a large variety of options from local fare, vegetarian options, and plainer things like fruit, vegetable and/or pasta for the traveler that might be looking for something more familiar. Additionally there was a variety of desserts. The owner and staff was also wonderful about letting us know what dishes were vegetarian and/or spicy. The outside pavilion was great for an eating area (in addition to the inside seating where the buffet is). I know some other reviews mentioned outdoor musicians, we did not have any, but we also were there kind of between peak hours of lunch and dinner. The bathrooms were clean and decently lit as a heads up for the less/un experienced traveler, if memory serves the toilet paper was outside the stalls of the ladies room (this is common in many places in the world outside the US). I would believe they accept reservations though I'm not sure they would be necessary because it offers ample seating both inside and out. I do think our guide Shirley called ahead however. This is run by a local family that puts part of their profit back into expanding the business location and making it nicer for patrons. Thank you Freddie and family!!"

"Cuando estuvimos en el Valle Sagrado en Cusco, decidimos visitar un restaurante local con comida regional y escogimos este restaurante al cual llegamos ya un poco tarde, la atencion no es buena, la comida si bien es abundante no califica segun mi opinion como rica, las frituras son excesivamente grasosas y no me gustaron dos platos de los tres que ordenamos, el local no es tan acogedor y es muy desordenado, incluso algo sucio. No lo recomiendo."

"We visited Wayra Ranch with a tour group and had a very nice lunch. We had a variety of local appetizers and then a small piece of salmon as well as roasted chicken and pork. These were served with a variety of Peruvian potatoes. Dessert included a nice selection of fresh fruit as well as five or six small pastry and other items. There was also a riding presentation along with a couple of traditional dances."

"A truly unique and unforgettable experience! My dad and I were lucky enough to secure a reservation for lunch just as they were opening. They only take six reservations per day: Chef Eduardo was very welcoming. He sat with us and explained the menu; a...fusion of Peruvian, Indian and Thai cuisine: We felt like guests in his home: Laura was also very friendly and made the best Pisco cocktails we’ve ever had! We enjoyed a delicious complementary fried eggplant appetizer, followed by the Mediterranean pot appetizer. My taste buds were on overdrive! My dad enjoyed his meatball entree that came out sizzling; my fillet mignon was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we shared key lime pie…the perfect ending to an excellent meal. Chef Eduardo and Laura are very personable and treated all their guests like family. The only accept cash, so be prepared. Worth every sol and hope to return one day!!"
