"We have chosen to have my hubby's big birthday celebration at Louise & Phil's restaurant on our skiing trip this February. Having previously stayed at the hotel and enjoyed our food there, it was a great choice in a quite location. We opted for the house speciality 'Potence' which came with an impressive presentation by Louise. Phil’s wine recommendations were spot on. The food was really delicious – everyone absolutely loved it. At the end we had a birthday cake with candles that Louise made herself. It was so nice that I have asked for a recipe and will try and make it at home. We are so grateful to the owners for making such an effort and making this celebration so special for us. They have even played birthday songs at the background. Very impressed and thank you very much from all of us. Nadya & Sergey."
