"This has to be one of the sorriest locations in NC!!!! Too many times I have come there and went to the drive thru and be missing food that I ordered and paid for once I got home with it. Now they have the mobile app like that is suppose to make things better but guess what. IT DOESNT!!! I went there tonight to pick up my mobile order literally waited in the drive thru line for half an hour got home and once again I have food missing that I paid for and burnt my gas to go pick up! Called and talked to a Manager who sounds like he is 16 yrs old and asked if I could be refunded the money I spent for food I didnt get . And he tells me yes , I can get a refund IF I CALL THE 1-800 !!!! Like are you serious!! Then tells me I can come back and he will give me the food Im missing well No thanks !!! I refuse to waste my time and gas to go back when I shouldnt have to! They can take our hard earned money no problem but they sure wont refund it!!!! Guess this is one to mark off the list . Sorriest Customer Service Ive ever seen!!!!! Oh and by the way the food I did get wasnt that great! Tacos were soggy large order of fries that was only half full.. food tasted like it had been sitting there longer than I was!!!!"

"1st time I'd ever been to this restaurant was today. 6/4/23. I got a to go order of shrimp and salmon combination. Good portions in fact I have enough for lunch tomorrow. The food was good I will be back. Very reasonably priced. I've been to several Japanese restaurants in Winston-Salem and that's same combination would cost me way more money. I happened to speak with the owner I believe and he was very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the triad area. I regularly buy their salsa to take home and to use in other things I do. her personal is always friendly and I probably tried 70% of the menu and never had anything that wasn't delicious. a favorite is the el volcan with huh, steak and chorizo but their ceviche is absolutely the best around!"

"Elizabeth's Pizza Walkertown (Dine-In Experience). I could say that not all Elizabeth's pizzas are the same when entering the restaurant. In addition, the place looked immaculate compared to other Elizabeth's and had an open feeling. I went to the toilet room to wash my hands, and it seemed clean too. Then I ordered her grilled chicken salad, and to my astonishment it was enormous for a lunch order. I almost felt a little overwhelmed by the size. The service was fine, but I think additional employees could have been helpful. Nevertheless, I will return to this Elizabeth's pizza because of the clean atmosphere that this place offers. You also have a nice size outside the seating area if you prefer to dinate outside instead of inside."

"I've only gotten take out so far, but it's been great both times. They load you up on toppings and cheese which is always a must for me with a good pizza place. Beyond that the deserts are house made not cisco delivered and they are kind and patient. Will be returning many many times. I'll just have to ask them to overbake my pizza because I prefer a crisper crust. Service: Take out"
