"We stayed at the Salt apartments and Jolt is in the same building, this Bakery cafe is a little gem in paradise. We went there for breakfast and the food was very delicious, I had the waffles and oh my they were delicious, the hubby had the bacon and eggs and was very happy with the meal, we also had coffee which was great and freshly squeezed juice which you can create your own. The next day we went back for lunch and wow the vegetarian pizza that was put down in front of me was delicious, the hubby had the steak sandwich and chips which he must of enjoyed because he scoffed it down that fast lol. Their sweet potato fries were really nice as well. The staff were very friendly and the service we could not fault. Very happy customer."

"Atmosphere was not great, and mostly empty. Menu was alright but food was not of particularly high quality - and Spanish influenced at best, doesn't seem like true Spanish tapas. Dips were bland (one might have just been tomato sauce), prawns were chewy and barely edible. No Spanish wine or beer or anything else that differentiates this place as a Spanish restaurant (I think I saw something that looked like sangria). A pity, because done right, the locals would eat it up."

"Would not recommend!! Bad service! Took the family to dinner. They enjoyed the food but for me it was miserable. Imagine watching your husband and children enjoy their dinner only to have yours not arrive, at all! After an hour I enquired and was assured it was coming. I then watched my family eat their mains and continued to watch. I waited patiently. Then no, nothing for another half hour, plus! My family wanted to leave as they'd eaten and they were finished. We weren't charged for my meal, so that's a plus, but I was bitterly disappointed. Would not recommend!!"

"A nice little place for a romantic dinner with a great view. Nice open kitchen where you can see the chefs work their magic. You know the good will be good when the menu is very limited. All very fresh produce and they specialise in dry aging. The food is a bit pricy so definitely go here once in a while or for special occasions. Their drinks are amazing and very reasonably priced. Listen to the boss man, he knows what's up and you won't regret it!"

"We stopped at Yeppoon at about 11.00am on our way to Rockhampton on Anzac Day. The sign outside the shop offered Red Emperor with chips. Having attended the dawn service and eaten an early breakfast we were famished and decided to get lunch. Excellent choice! One of the best fish and chips we've ever had. We were completely satisfied. Highly recommended."

"Last weekend after a wonderfully refreshing walk on the beach. they served us our drinks and we ordered a pizza that was delicious, risotto (which was asked to be extra spicy and it fulfilled our expectations, with a escape of several dives with our chips. everything was well served and also tasty. would like to visit the beach at my next visit in yeppon!"
