"So I love Jersey Mikes. I asked about the 5 after 5 deal before ordering. Buy one giant sub and get the 2nd one for 5 dollars after 5pm. And it was not honored upon ringing up. I was a regular customer and will no longer be returning. The 5 after 5 deal made the prices more reasonable for the product. Not only was I bait and switched on pricing, but I also witnessed an employee kill a house fly with the spatula used to cook the meats. To his credit he washed it before re using it on the grill. But I cant help but feel like there was a better way to deal with the fly. I will miss the food and the deals, but after witnessing fly assassination by spatula. I am not sure I will ever return to this location even if the 5 after 5 deal returns."

"The past couple days while in some training the provider got us AJs for lunch. It was so good with such a variety to go with it for the second day. I got the perfect seasoned “Ex-Lover” yesterday and the outstanding cheese steak supreme with bacon. Both sandwiches were well prepared and extremely tasty. The spice on both were perfect."

"We go to cool hand Luke’s quite often as it is our favorite place to eat steak in the opposite. kara was our server yesterday and she was very attentive. I ordered her bourbon salmon and wow, it was ever delicious! my man got his normal prime rib, which tasted very well, but he had to cut off a lot fat and grinned, which was for him a first when we were there, there was hardly any grin or fat loss. we both have their fantastic delicious green beans that are always good! I ordered your deepth fried bread pudding and although my man said that he did not like brotpudding, he enjoyed you and shared it with me! we could not even eat half of it, so we brought the rest to our son home. we love cool hand Luke’s!"

"Clean and construction of the place is good. Didn’t see any cut corners . Ran into staff in bathroom and they did not touch door handle. Salad bar was fresh hot food not so much. Staff friendly and was pretty empty. Not quite the same since the chain went mainstream. Just my opinion. Update as of 7/29/21…. I get COVID has disrupted a lot of businesses. It seems sizzler has went downhill since my last visit. Cold salad bar was ok and again hot food was farther than expected. Was more of a 20$ dinner for two instead of a 45$ dinner for two. I appreciate the previous reply and will not hold it against you if removed. My opinion is just that “my opinion “ ."
