"On y mange très bien le patron est souriant sympathique,il cuisine des mets de qualité.Si vous aimer la viande,c est le bon resto.Quand aux poissons c' est un nectar! Les cuissons y sont maîtrisées,les tarares sont excellents,le patron Angelo passe toujours en salle dire bonjour et demander si tous va bien :-) c'est d'ailleurs lui qui cuisine,ce qui est vraiment appreciable,il est toujours à la recherche de nouveaux plats et de nouvelles idées.Il bénéficie d une dalle à manger assez calme,La terrasse est sympa,le restaurant fait très cantine en même temps on peut le comprendre car en hiver il y a les patineurs qui viennent ce réchauffer devant un bon repas ou une boissons chaudes avec leurs patins à glace au pied,autrement l'accès y est facile,un grand parking autour de la patinoire et la piscine donc pas de quoi tourner en rond.Je ne peux que le conseiller.A découvrir"

"After a year I returned to the castle restaurant in yverdon, located in the castle square, in a sleek with an excellent choreography. tables and umbrellas that facilitate the desire to have lunch outside. Very refined cuisine, well served and excellent wines. I wanted to remake this experience and confirm that everything is very good and served professionally. We recommend a visit."

"Dont be put off by the outside nor by the staircase , once inside you are greeted by a friendly staff ( who speak English so is the Indonesian lady owner who is very obliging) the restaurant was a swiss but since is become Chinese the decor has remain the same and has a cosy feel. The food was very good but blend to please swiss taste, the meat dishes of good quality , very pleasant meal all round, and on plus side we discover a nice red Chinese wine ( Asian garden ) smooth with no acid taste, has we left the owner came to ask if everything was fine , and told us next we just to ask for stronger flavours , I would give 5* for the service"

"We used to come regularly to spend a few days in this hotel (years 80-fin 90.) and then face the drop of all the services – hotels – restaurants, etc. – we had stopped our visits.Lastly, we returned there for a lunch: what a surprise! We ate in the rotunda: beautiful! burrata salad di latte di bufala, and red oak leaf salad, in the entrance, followed by a steak tartare and a sole meunière: just write these lines, I have water in the mouth.Thank you to the new team. his professionalism and kindness. As a result, we have modified a business meal to invite our contacts to discover this wonderful place. We look forward to returning to the hotel soon."

"We rate this our best in Switzerland so far. We opted for a salad entree which was very good but we both had the lamb rack and it was excellent. Came with a potato dish and hot side bowl of vegtables. Wine reasonable prices and...we were given a complimentary plate of bread and prociutto and also a shrimp cocktail. We did not have room for dessert. Service was good. We will fondly remember this meal."
