"We had lunch at Brasil Grill as we were at a conference in the adjacent hotel. Their buffet lunch has a selection of fresh salad, two different rice dishes, vegetables and some meat dishes. The food was ok, not yeah, but still ok for a buffet lunch at a very reasonable price of Fr. 23.50 including a soft drink. The service was nice and friendly. There was also a hot dish which was gluten-free, without milk products and without meat, which was a bonus."

"A quiet Sunday lunch time with many free tables, so the service was not busy. Eat well, but it was served quickly. The first part of the main course came before we even finished our salad starter. 2nd part of the main came literally as soon as we... our cutlery down to a breath. In and out of the restaurant in one hour (including desserts). Although it was quiet and not busy, it seemed like the restaurant did not want customers to eat their food in a relaxed way and it was all a rush. We can return, but now know to demand a few minutes delay between courses."

"Really nice restaurant in the beautiful old town of Zurich. More like fine dining but not posh at all, really liked the modest flair. We had the 5 course surprise menu and I absolutely loved every dish and it’s attention to detail. The service staff not only asked for our allergies but also considered our food preferences and found alternatives (e.g., I really don’t like beetroot). Great evening!"

"Good food for sure in beautiful environment. We were ignored for a while but that was an oversight by the wait staff. I enjoyed the house specialty but would not rave about it. The staff were friendly and the view is worth it all!"

"2/3rds inedible and 1/3rd was ice cold pre cooked seafood. The oysters were a disaster. They seemed to be a balloon of heavily salted water, and collapsed into a teaspoon when ate. The cold mussels and razor clams were inedible Avoid the seafood unless you...have the fresh mussels. The Weiner schnitzel was good."

"You find a lot of great place to get fine meat in Switzerland, but not many premium authentic US steakhouses. This is one. In a nice setting at the Hürlimann Areal, this place of premium and authentic US food that also comes with a very nice presentation. The California wines are expensive but very well selected and served at perfect temperature. Staff is friendly and attentive. Maybe a bit too expensive but still, will come again with pleasure."
