"We have reservations in another restaurant and we have a bad experience. They rush us and we leave without eating. We call long horn and they reserve for us a table. Our waitress safe our night. Excellent customer service. She was fun and did her job. The food was so good. On point! We enjoy our family dinner."

"Went to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress has a super shaky hand. She also neglected to talk. We led the ordering process. Our food was over seasoned and quite salty. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken wasn't as I expected. It was made from 3 chicken tenders, not a chicken breast. Seemed weird. No birthday song or anything for the birthday celebration person. No dessert offered, even to purchase. As far as restaurant cleanliness, it's dirty/ dusty. This isn't a cheap establishment. I feel they can do better."
