"Four of my family went to Texas Roadhouse. The waitress was totally rude and very unfriendly. It was about 3:00. They were not busy. We ran out of drinks repeatedly. She just didn't check back with us very often at all.I ordered a filet cooked medium. I received a medium rare to rare steak. I sent it back and received the correctly cooked medium. It was delicious!"

"My wife and I had a delightful experience at this location of Long Horn Steakhouse, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Mary, our waitress, and Chuck, the manager. From the moment we entered, we felt genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. It was particularly impressive to see Chuck take the time to personally greet us at our table, a gesture that truly set the tone for our dining experience.Mary's attentive and courteous service further enhanced our visit. She was prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to accommodate our preferences. Throughout the meal, Mary ensured we had everything we needed, always with a warm and friendly demeanor.As for the food, we were thoroughly impressed. The lobster tail with sweet potato and seasoned rice was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful.
