"The business information on the door indicates that the doors open at 11 Am. We arrived a little after eleven. People were waiting for the doors to be opened. After we entered the restaurant. We were told t we would have to wait a few minutes. I noted that they were cleaning the floor, usually that's done after closing the night before or well before the doors open. It was after 11: 30 before got were shown to a table. It was almost 12 AM before a waiter showed up to to take our drink orders. We waited another 15 minutes for him to take our food orders. The food showed up about 20 minutes later. I have been to the restaurant many times before. The quality of food was not what I was used at this restaurant. Ex. The salad was plain lettuce, the cherry tomato was missing, there was a half slice of cucumber. The goza was cold , the sushi fell apart, The appearance of the restaurant has not changed or the years its still a nice appearing place."

"First time customer was attended quickly to my table, order my California roll, sakura, kambashi and lugeiene (lo mein). Food came quickly after ordering within 10mins. Overall food was amazing, my favorite was the kambashi and saruka sushi roll. Tho the lugeiene was a little bit oily, but was still really good. Would come again."

"Loads d Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac n Cheese is the best thing on the menu! Hope it stays forever!! Cherry Turnover was so yummy!! Very deli !! Now the Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Sandwich was not what I Expected at all! It was gross. It seemed like the steak shivers were very old and over cooked. Just nasty. Ill try it again to see if its still nasty. I have to try it at least twice to be sure. Also it would be nice if we could have the option to add extra red ranch sauce to beef n cheddars or if we could add garlic aoilo to the French dip subs, sliders , or any of the sandwiches. That wpuldbe super amazing! We love arbys and order a lot from here. Just wish we could add sauces to other snadwichs or have wxtrared ranch sauce. :"

"The food was delicious the drinks were great! Jen our server was very nice! I want to try everything on the menu! It all sounds good. I got the pork chop which was a good portion, 14oz. My husband got the crab Mac and cheese which he enjoyed. The key lime pie was pretty good. We will be back to try more items on the menu!"

"There were six of us and I was the only one that had good food...and it was an appetizer. The baked potatoes were cold and smothered in sour cream and butter. The onions with the beef tips were raw.....not even cooked. The ribs were not edible. The steak that came with the chicken was like shoe leather...very thin and tough. We paid our bill then asked for the manager. She was the one sending the food out of the kitchen!!! She did give us 2 $20.00 gift cards which we didn't even want. We just wanted her to be aware of the issues...which she should have known about since she was sending the food out of the kitchen. No excuse for all that. Cold baked potatoes?!?! Won't go back."
