"Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars? We went on an early Saturday afternoon. We split the Reuben egg rolls for an appetizer and split the fried green tomato BLT for an entree. The egg rolls weren 't anything to write home about. The house made chips were sadly the star of the entire show. The bacon on the BLT had sat under the warmer way too long. I wouldn 't be surprised if it were from Friday. The sandwich was overall flavorless. There is a sauce on it that one could compare to 'bloomin ' onion sauce ' from Outback. The most disappointing part was the caramel brussels that we ordered as a side to the BLT. The waitress said they are like candy . They were bitter, undercooked, not sweet in any way, and were peppered with the same day-old bacon that was on the BLT. The dining room was empty with the exception of two gentlemen which I can only assume were the manager (owner? and chef. Which meant our server, the manager, and another employee checked on us seven times throughout our one hour stay at this establishment. Beyond drink refills, one check in would have sufficed. I really wanted to like this place but it just felt like Stan Joe 's all over again."

"Easy to reach, beautiful inside and outside area is wonderful with picnic table and shade. The food... My son enjoyed his Wrangler Burger. I got the Monte Cristo and the turkey had a strange taste and strangely there were many mushrooms in the egg coating on the outside of the sandwich and a few on the inside. I picked it up, but it looked like someone had the panini press or pan used for another sandwich that had mushrooms, maybe the steak cheese? I'll try again, because everyone says it's great, just wasn't my experience that day. also very slow service; lasted so long I didn't disturb to show the fungal problem."

"We went to Sat night and the food was absolutely delicious!! The seafood was fresh and the steak was great! The waiter was funny too! This place has so much history and has been there for so long that it was interesting to see the walls with pictures of celebrities and other public figures eating there."

"Beautiful small Japanese steak house is located in a small outdoor marble setting. You have the usual Hibachi experience to prepare the meal while you are sitting around the table. Nothing special about the show they put on, but it's always fun to watch. Eating is good. Portions are fine, of course you also pay for the experience. Enjoy the sushi here as well as the Hibachi. They seem to have more sushi options than other steak houses, and it's pretty good as by the amount of effort in which they are next to the grills. We'd rather come here to get the sushi out next to a hibachi without the whole show. The decor is clean, the atmosphere is quiet and the service is nice, so all-in-all a beautiful place for a Japanese steakhouse experience and even better to visit for the sushi bar."
