"I get it, the desk clerk is a young woman and that she is in therapy, however, she needs to learn that when a customer is questioning the reservation upon check-in, its NOT all about her but all about the customer and pleasing that customer. She needs to learn customer service and how to de-escalate instead of escalating an issue. So I had to take 2 stars off for service and 1 for the overall review. Check-in was definitely not a good experience and did taint the stay. I suggest management teach her and possibly even mentor her for awhile. The room was clean, quiet and lovely. Slept great. The restaurant there had delicious food (recommend the rib eye with the cowboy butter! and also had great service."

"I love this restaurant the steaks are divine, and have been returning weekly since I discovered it. The steak in the picture is the Wagyu NY Strip, it's actually larger than pictured because I can't help but to immediately start eating it as soon as it'sput in front of me. So there is about half of it missing in these pictures. The last steak I had this good was in New Zealand. It's much better and cheaper than the upscale steak houses in downtown Dallas. Also definitely order a Smokey Old Fashion youwill not be disappointed."
