"Greetings all We haven't visited the Keg Upper James since pre-pandemic. It remains a good bet for that type of fare, if you are new to the area, you can count on this place to take care of you. This evening we enjoyed our steaks...(me, Sirloin and Lobster Tail, hubby New York Strip) and the pace of the service was timed to our wishes. While it is not unexpected to get the good old Billy Miner pie' as an anniversary treat, it is always a nice touch."

"This used to be my favorite go to place for Japanese food. It was always very good and filling but something changed. About a year ago I placed an order. They were out of the dish I wanted. No problem really, it's understandable, it happens. About a month later I placed an order for the same item and they had it. Awesome. Waited the usual 20 minutes or so then went to pick it up. It was not ready. In addition, there are several people standing around the pickup window for quiet a long time drinking beer and generally being in the way of other people picking up their orders. I continued to wait in total for about an hour for my food which still was not ready so I proceeded to leave and order from another restaurant down the street. Good thing I had not paid for the food yet. I originally placed my order around 6pm. About 8:30pm they called and told me my order was ready. I think that was totally unacceptable. I told them sorry, I was tired of waiting and went somewhere else. Fast forward 1 year, I decided to give them a break and place an order. Guess what? We don't have that sir. Then why is it still on the menu? Needless to say, I went to another and newer Japanese establishment and they had my order ready in less than 15 minutes plus a lot more food than Inori would have given me. It has been 3 strikes with Inori and I do not think I will be giving them the benefit of the doubt again. Also, good luck getting them on the phone when you call in an order. They really need to hire someone just to take orders and payments. It's ridiculous. What a shame they have went down hill since opening. I will be taking my business elsewhere because we do have other nearby options with the same type food and actually better. I really don't like giving places a bad rap. I hope your experience is better but I am telling the honest and truthful experience I had with them. If they would just hire one single person to help in the front I think they could alleviate a lot of their problems."

"I'm convinced that I've cut some steaks. I have to salt every bite because I have a low blood pressure. I'm sure that sounds fake. Anyway, it's getting boring. so, yes, anyway, the service was good what they would look for. not to find on the back, but also not impossible. our steaks were perfectly cooked. the brokkoli would have cooked less, but it was very delicious. they didn't listen when I asked about my salad dress on the side. not great difficulties, but this is something that a waitress could catch. but that's that I'm so nit picky as I could do it in the evening. I really can't complain about the meal it was delicious. the firma was a bit of an asshole. the restaurant can of course not blame this."

"The food was great! The three of us ordered a Delmonico each and it was cooked as ordered. We have eaten at other steak houses in the area and we rarely received a steak as ordered.
