"The server could not answer simple questions so he kept leaving our table to find out the answer and then he forgot to give us the seaweed salad that was supposed to come with the meal. They charge $10.95 for their shrimp and vegetable tempura and not only was it bland, but they split the shrimp in half they don't even give you whole shrimp so you really only get two shrimp and a few bland veggies that are fried in batter all for $10.95. They charged $10.50 for 3 bowls of rice and most places you go don't charge you for the rice or they don't charge $3.50 per bowl. I buy rice by the 20 pound bag and I pay between $11.00 to $15.00 for a bag of rice that will last weeks...they made me pay the amount of a bag of rice for 3 bowls. When I got my bill and saw that for the little amount of food that we got my bill was $74.22...keep in mind that I got my bill so that means we were about to leave. Well I called for a manager...who took a long time to come to my table and yes I complained about the bad service the fact that our server forgot to bring the salad and the bland food...etc...all she offered me was to bring me what the server forgot...the seaweed salad...duh we were about to leave I didn't want to eat the salad at that point...she offered nothing else to fix the experience...I would've have been happy being over charged for bad food if she would've just taken off the price of the rice...but she did not offer anything...she shouldn't be a manager...she did even offer a discount or anything to come back or make the bad experience good or right. Please don't eat at this place if you have to only eat at the sushi bar...that was the only good thing that we ate there...otherwise expect bad/slow service, staff that don't know anything about customer service...and bad overpriced food."

"This place was fantastic. I love the atmosphere and the ambience. I came here with my friends to celebrate my birthday and I added this place to my favorite list. I had French onion soup for the first time and it was so rich in taste. The pasta is a must, every taste is well balanced and you can go?t wrong with loop tie pasta. The dessert was a riot to die. I don't remember the name of the drink, but it was something with coconut and it was delicious. I visited this place twice after September and I am ready to order the family bundle for the upcoming holidays."
