"An bar area of the Lago park hotel complex next to the trampolines but I presume run on it's own as business. The guys/girls running this place seriously need to inject some sort of customer service, friendliness into the place. Our first trip there the waitress pointed to a table as if we were inconveniencing her by going up to the bar. Just felt like we were a conveyor belt of custom that they just couldnt wait to get rid of. Barman, waitress both pretty miserable absolutely no time for smiles or welcoming or thanking custom. Both occasions were exactly the same. Just didn't feel welcome, which is a shame as we would have ended up there every night after dinner as it was right under our hotel, if they had made even the simplest effort. The go kart man was much friendlier and helped us with change. We don't expect much and are quite easily pleased holidaymakers but I felt quite annoyed at the complacency of this place."

"We had researched to go to this restaurant for dinner for a family of 5. Great reviews so we thought we were in for a great meal. We couldn’t be so wrong. Bread was stale, aioli had a crisp crust on it like it had been out for days. We ordered. Waitress forgot my husbands starter. Kids spaghetti was just spaghetti in juice about two pieces of meat. The chips I don’t think you could even call chips they were disgusting (probably the easiest thing a restaurant could cook). We ordered the lobster paella for two. Oh my, the lobster was raw, two muscles between us and some dodgy looking meat we couldn’t even stomach. The cutlery and glasses were dirty. I wouldn’t even call the service ‘service’ we might as well not existed. The location has got such great potential but the way that restaurant is run should not even be allowed. We eat out a lot and all over the world, using trip advisor on a monthly basis for our choice of eateries and have never had to write a bad review yet. We felt this has to be done for this place, don’t be fooled by its rating as we did. We would rather have gone to Burger King. Pro: the wine is cheap."

"We were looking for a grilled meal as opposed to Paella and Tapas which we had enjoyed on our holiday to date. We LOVED our grilled Fillet Steak, Lamb cutlets and Prawns. Superbly cooked on outdoor grill with excellent staff in a lovely atmosphere. My only minor niggle was being charged for the bread and olives that were placed on the table without requesting them (they were good though)!"
