"Absolutely awful, the person in front taking reservations typed in my number wrong so I was waiting for 40 mins with no notification or update, I called in and they said that I would be back on the waiting list. They had nothing available on the menu that I wanted to order after waiting 1 hour for service and a table. No ribs and no cactus blossoms, Staff were not very courteous, last time I plan on going here at this location. I am here now and have waited an additional 40 minutes for the food to arrive, about to walk out of here.*Update* The food was a nightmare, the Steak had no flavor what so ever, the Cheese on the fries and Potato appeared to be melted in a microwave... Texas Roadhouse takes a short cut every chance they get because they can't keep up with the volume at there store. After 1 hours and 40 minutes of my time, I took 2 bites and decided I did not want to get sick and left immediately after speaking with the Manager, service is really slow and server did not check on our table ONCE."
