"Just back from lunch and wow, service was excellent prompt and friendly. Food was, pub grub , standards and choice were definitely above average. The quality is outstanding. I had the steak and Stilton pie and it was spot on. Steak was tender and the Stilton had a real punch to it. Wife and daughter who were with me were equally impressed. Certainly visiting again. Visited again today and still lives up to our expectations. Wife had Beef Lasagne and it was very tasty. The staff as usual are always welcoming and efficient. Service: 5 Location: 5"

"We visited müller and carter for our valentine meal. eating is simply amazing, we had the filet rare and it was absolutely sensational. as well as our appetizers as well as the desert delicious, and the valentine offer was really good value for money! the reason why I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have received numerous emails and texts that recall the dress code. but in the restaurant it wasn't enforced, sat over us someone wore a t-shirt, behind us someone who wore a hoodie and in the bar area we saw someone in sports trainers. we do not make it to follow a dress code, but what is the point when they clearly don't force it?"
