"I have been three times since the covid rule changes and have had mediocre experiences. Prior to covid it was better. Had the Friday ‘buffet’ Took fifteen mins for some food to arrive and another mins for the charcoal to arrive to start cooking. Rung the bell several times to get charcoal, menus, tongs and table water. No service until we had to ask the waitress directly to help us. Highly understaffed for a busy Friday night, especially when it’s time limited. I was unsure what food was arriving. I specifically wrote next to chicken and instead of pieces approximately arrived. I ordered (servings) of beef and pieces arrived. Unclear..then charged an environmental fee. Did not specify the grams of which they were charging just said ‘alot of food’ leftover. Quite rude and rolled his eyes at me. I suspect they aren’t making much money due to covid and have started implementing interesting tactic to recoup their losses as seen by other reviews below.. beware! I suggest ren yakiniku, maru, Korilla bbq instead…"
