"So I place an order for delivery, I pre-pay which I really dislike doing because you end up paying for items you didn't order because they didn't understand after you say it for the 22nd time... or they are 1.5 hours late from the time they give you or they take your order to the wrong hotel (all have happened to me, just not at the same restaurant)....anyways....I order Cantonese chow mein and half my noodles are cooked and half are raw and when I call them to tell them this ----I get "they are supposed to be crunchy noodles" to which I respond with "no they aren't", then he tells me to hold on three times while he tries to come up with a better answer than simply saying "we screwed up sorry let me fix this for you".....instead I get a "what would you like me to do about it?" Save your money this place is not worth it"

"Had been looking forward to my first Jolibee visit after hearing much hype about the chicken. Unfortunately, there was no chicken prepared and would be a 20-25 minute wait. Instead ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was good but sadlythe flavour was masked by the bun and mayonnaise so I went away without having actually tried the fried chicken. Perhaps on thenext visit. The fries were rather anemic and limp from being placed in a plastic bag instead of paper. Not ready to give up onJolibee, so next time I will try the fried chicken and a different side."
