"I wanted to take my wife for our anniversary to a nice dinner before our concert at the Landers Center. At the Price point of the menu i figured this would be a nice place to have a good steak dinner. I was wrong. Had reservations a 6pm and was met with a line out the door. The Hostess was unbelievably flustered and had no business being a hostess. was sitting every one in line, didnt matter if you had a reservation or not. Which by doing that put all the waiting staff in the weeds. Once we finally were sat. We watched the hostess ask three different people if they could wait on us and finally one said sure. She was very nice and calm. We ordered our food all at once so we could get the the concert by 7:30. We watched chaos through out the entire restaurant, while waiting on our food. First sighting of our food was at 7:05, and we watched it pass our table, along with all other orders in the restaurant multiple times. Servers had NO idea where the food was to be taken to, or what the food was. The food runner asked if we ordered the sirloin (or strip) and the ribeye. we said No because my wife ordered the filet and I ordered the ribeye. So after about 5 min of it walking around getting offered to every table, she finally found out it was a filet, but she wasn't confident and said it looked like a strip to her. My wife said her steak was cooked great and everything tasted great. Mine on the other had was ordered Medium and came out medium but was extremely dry. So i sent it back and we, at this point, did not have time to have another cooked for us so they took it off our check. A manager never stopped by the table to check on how everything was, or to apologize for the steak. The server in the bar did stop by and told us that we should come back when its not busy and everything would be better, He promised... I cant see myself dropping 100.00 on a promise of something being better that was complete insanity the first time we went. We will not be returning..."
