"The restaurant was overwhelmed with LEAP DAY SPECIALS. We were seated at about for our reservation only to find out a few minutes before we were seated all the lobsters were gone.The manager was quick to think what to do so gave us his card and told us to email him when we would want to come back and he would still honor the special deal.I was happy to go back and take my wife and friends this time and we will return again once we are back in the Crystal City area.All the servers and employees did the best they could with the crowds so hats off to management for training them well and finding great people to work with them"

"They were short staffed. Sorry to leave a negative review but our server was also cooking our meal! The few staff they did have were sitting down and drinking with one customer’s table at different points in the night. The crabs were over cooked. Sad to say it was not good"

"We enjoyed our meal with out of town guests. We tried a variety of dishes: cheese burger, white salad, avocado tacos, and cozy pot pie. Our server was delightful and attentive to our needs. Lulu's is a busy place, with tables quite close to each other, it feels crowded and was a little too loud for me"
