"Today I ordered a large breakfast and the only thing that was particularly hot was the sausages, which being recently deep fried they should be! Somehow they served up lukewarm hash browns, eggs. Cold mushrooms and beans. Being in a rush to get my food eaten and back to work I had little choice but to eat it anyway. Very disappointing experience today. Coffee machine did a great job though."
