"Only problem was that when I turned up, The Kings Arms didn’t have my booking. Hadn’t received it from Open Table!! Luckily they weren’t busy and they found us a table. Staff very friendly and helpful and efficient"

"Arrived and were quick to be seated. That is the last point we had good service. It took 15 minutes before we had a member of staff take our drinks order, by the time the drinks had arrived we had selected our main course. The drinks arrived but the waiter didn't stop to take our order!! I had to call someone over. The food arrived in good time and was really tasty, no issues there. We had to wait again, in the end and after 20 minutes i had to go up and ask for someone to serve us. We abandoned pudding as that took another 10 minutes before we were asked. We left and it took us 90 minutes to have a main course!! Terrible service."
