"I ordered a rack of ribs with memphis sauce and was disappointed because they were not juicy but instead were on the dry side. I only ate half. The rest of the food was good but nothing memorable. Unfortunately we were given our utensils minutes after our meal was served. Our waitress was very nice though"

"Arrived on time half of the restaurants seats and tables were empty and the young girl wandered around for a table and asked us to wait. Went to the bar 5 minutes no service, went back to the front desk a pointed to a table which were able to sit at. We ordered appetizers and entrees and waited, in 5 minutes some one else’s entree was brought to the table with no appetizers. Another 15 minutes and they brought out burnt, dry , nachos with chicken and the wrong salad ,we sent everything back and left. The manager apologized and said they had a problem in the kitchen. He did not charge us and offered us a another meal which we declined."
