"From a handful of ingredients, a friendly family prepares four simple, closely related dishes: bamboo sprouts in clear acid broth, sticky rice with bean paste, noodle soup with bean sprouts/bamboo sprouts/side (the broth is the same as used for bamboo soup), and finally the same noodle dish, but in dry bean version, topped. The noodle dishes are my favorites, especially the noodle soup. Portions are small (order two dishes such as a noodle dish and bamboo soup), but it is cheap (all costs TWD40, except the bamboo soup that is 30). Don't expect anything beautiful or unforgettable. Nonetheless, it is tasty, and those who simply eat to the earth with a local taste will enjoy it. And why do you complain if another Veg option is available at all? It is half open, so you can enjoy the fresh air after a hot day. Your chili oil sauce (which in the glass glasses) does not pack a stamp too much, especially in soup! Evening only, and I think they're closed on Wednesday."
