"Went for an early New Years Eve dinner with friends. We typically visit Del Friscos Double Eagle near Radio City. Del Friscos Grill on Vessy Street was a wonderful, more casual alternative. Food was great and the service was even better. Our server, Osaggy (definitely not spelled correctly but pronounced like this) was AMAZING! He was attentive, but not annoying, caring, suggestive, and most importantly, friendly. We would definitely come back and would definitely request sitting in Osaggy’s section. Thank you for a great New Years Eve dinner!"

"We expected the Gyu-Kanu chain standard for the food; not the best or high-end but good overall and at a reasonable price. This Guy-Kanu really missed in terms of the food taste. The BBQ meat was fine, nothing special but OK for a casual family meal. But Ramen, and Tofu hot pot were terrible. Regret ordering these two dishes. All the staff were friendly, attentive and working hard to make our dining experience nice. So disappointed that the food quality is not matching their service quality."

"Great place. The food is very good and all dishes are large enough for 2. The service is very good, too. All the tables have acrylic separations and they check your temperature before seating you. They don't have a kid's menu but they do have kids food if you ask, like spaghetti with butter or meatballs, and chicken tenders."

"We were seated immediately with our open table reservation. The food on offer was of high quality, with a large selection, in a "Waldorf Astoria" ambience of elegance. The staff was very personable. On the serving line I asked for sugar free syrup but they said they didn't have one. (strange I thought) so I mentioned it to my server who immediately smiled and said: Ah, but I do! and went and brought back a small cup of S / F syrup. I will be returning to my husband's conference in May (happened to be in the same hotel) and will definitely make a reservation ... I think I'll do this now before I forget ..."

"The food is amazing. It is a bit crowded but not crushed.We ordered omakase, ie chefs choice. I tasted new and wonderful combinations.I can also recommend the spicy lobster roll.Kid-friendliness: It is not family dining the tables are too close. But if you can reserve the booth for a larger family it could work well."
