"The café in the new splendour is very beautiful and bright and makes a very clean impression! Dulce Chocolate Ice Cream has opened its second branch in Cologne, unfortunately such Francise companies sell more and more small individual cafés. The ice and coffee specialities offered are good because you can't complain, but as mentioned, I prefer guided cafés."
