"My friends and I picked Hatch because online it says they have gluten free options and two of the three of us cannot eat gluten without serious sickness and pain following. Our server was very accommodating and double checked with management before ringing in food to ensure it would be non contaminated.We ordered some gluten free pancakes. They were good, tasted like King Author brand which is nice and fluffy. They were less fancy than expected but still good.We had a delicious omelette that they made sure to cook in a different pan to prevent gluten contamination.We also had a burger. The bun looked delicious and both people who cannot have gluten consumed some of the burger. When we asked about the brand, post consumption, they realized that they gave us a normal gluten bun. Unfortunately those two people had autoimmune flare ups for the next two days.The manager came over and apologized and took care of a portion of our bill. They were super nice the whole time and we do understand that mistakes happen. It was nice to discount the meal which mostly afforded the emergency medicine we had to go to the store to purchase afterwards.Moral of the story: check and double it triple check that all your food is gluten free if you have an allergy or high intolerance. Otherwise the food was good, service was great, and the atmosphere was pretty nice for a busy Sunday."

"The family owners, Eduardo, and Jacob are all fantastic!! Felt super welcomed from the moment I stepped in and their food options are delicious (pictures don't do much justice haha). Consider yourself lucky if you have Amoura near you. Loved my experience and recommend trying if you're in San Francisco Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Had been here a few times but not for awhile, ordered the special lobster Benedict and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles. We had a cocktail each and a delicious slice of pie, food was good as usual and server was exceptional I was disappointed in the potato’s, they reminded my of friendly’s home fries frozen with no flavor my only other issue was the charge for using a credit card which wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand."
