"My wife and I had 45.00 in gift cards to use and a reward for a free drink. Here is what happened. The server a male came to our table shortly after 11 am. We placed our order. I told him we had a reward for a free drink. He said don’t worry about it that he would take care of it. The food was okay but the tea was weak watery. We received the amount owed 40.00 and change. I believe 40.80. In addition to the 45.00 in gift card we added a 5.00 tip which means he got 9.20 tip. Well after collecting everything, I noticed a charge for the free drink. So we got charged extra. I said something about it. A lady said that he would take care of it. What upsets me is that he probably ended with almost a 13.00 tip and the service wasn’t that good. My wife and I have never ate at a chilis. This still bothers me."

"No one would take our order or the 4 people before us. we waited 15 minutes before us and did not yet command them, so that we left after all the hired had done, was to flee over each other and shout about the door orders. the hired seemed to have no assigned task, nor knew their role in the process. I'm sure that in the 20 minutes about $120.00 went out of the door or so we were there. The older couple in the register stood only their entire time and no one would take their order. it was a very inefficient and sad operation."

"My man and I were in a nearby hotel and decided to stop in the first night for convenience. the food was so good that we eat here two nights in order during our stay. we sat fast and our dinner was served immediately. matt was our waitress both nights and he was exceptional. he has offered us service they would like to get in any restaurant. he was polite, informatiw and has a great personality. matt, thanks to many!"

"We were greeted right away and seated in the bar area. Our server stayed on top of things, but not so much that it meal was interrupted. Our drinks stayed full and our food was delivered promptly. Overall, the restaurant was not very crowded on the bar side. The outside seating looked nice, but it had been so hot we didn't even consider asking for it. Or party of three shared a few appetizers and a dessert. The good tasted good and was served at an acceptable temperature. The mozzarella sticks were the best I've had in a long time."
