"I always order to-go due to my busy schedule. There is an employee named Chris who makes each experience worth it. Very polite and always makes sure I feel very welcomed. His customer service is what keeps me coming back. Food took forever to come out for all curbside and the boy had everyone shouting orders at him. It was clear he was overwhelmed. In my own experience as a manager I can say employees don’t stick around under that sort of pressure day in and day out. Hopefully chilis will hire more people to make for a easier experience for both the employees and the customers"

"We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't crowded. The hostess sat immediately and our server Derrick was right to take over our drinks orders. He returned with water and cheese biscuits. We had Walt's favorite shrimp, coconut shrimp and fish and chips. The two ladies each had a glass of wine while I had iced tea. The cheese biscuits are excellent. The food was good. The service was excellent."
