"The BG branch along Granville Street is a disappointment. Food seemed unappetising and staff looked bored and disinterested in customers. The decor was a bit dated as wel. Ordered something that calls itself a turkey wrap but instead of slices of turkey breast, it came up with processed turkey ham. Tasted so bad I left the rest uneaten. Salad lettuce looked sad and limpy. You would get a better deal and a better meal if you go to the foodhall in the basement of the Pacific Centre shopping mall nearby (you can't miss it, it is the one with the lovely giant dome conservatory at the entrance) along Howe Street. Food there looks fresh, and staff cheerful and vibrant."

"Food and service were great. Parking enforcement is beyond extreme. I literally went inside and bought my food to go and by the time I got back to my car I had a ticket. It was reversed but the parking enforcement company sent the following as a message.“Appeal Accepted – Doc ProvidedWe have completed our review of your appeal. Our ruling is as follows:Appeal Accepted – Doc ProvidedThank you for your submission. Please be advised that this location is private property and all parking rules have been created by the property owner(s). Diamond Parking has been contracted to enforce these parking rules as posted on the signage by issuing notices and/or towing any vehicle not in compliance, without exception.APPEALS AGENT COMMENT(S): The parking rules for this location are very strict. The signage provided clearly states this is for Wendy’s customers ONLY, WHILE in the restaurant. Which means, if a driver leaves their vehicle in the parking lot and leave to walk anywhere else other than Wendy’s, the vehicle will be subject to ticketing and/or towing. The maximum allotted time is ONLY for while patrons are in Wendy’s. This is not permitted for visiting Wendy’s and combining visits to other neighboring stores as well. As this is the vehicle license plates first notice with our company, we will honor the receipts sent us from Wendy’s and cancel this notice as a one-time courtesy. However, should this vehicle be issued a notice of a similar manner in the future, the notice will be considered valid and payable in full.Please do not reply to this message. “So tldr if I go to this Wendys again I’ll have to pay $80 for following the parking rules.If you go here look out for a dude with a Luis Vuitton bag. Literally just runs around ticking everyone."

"Just have to be sure to ask for vegan choices as some is just vegetarian however they separate out on the menu. Classic diner food and large portions. Also a nice range of vegan drinks"

"This place is a blast from the past for me. Nostalgia at its finest. I remember coming here with my grandparents as a kid (not this location but Red Robin in general). To my surprise the prices were beyond fair and the food quality was great. It wasn’t overly crowded which was nice. It’s a cool spot located upstairs of the building. The place has some great views of Robson and Thurlow where one can sit and people watch while eating a meal. Service staff was friendly and attentive and the overall cleanliness was up to par. Sad I didn’t get an onion ring tower!"
