"Skip this McDonald's and go to the one on Martin Luther KIng Dr. instead. This Mitchell location has consistently bad service and bad food (I think they serve burgers that have been sitting around for hours). The one on MLK is super efficient, well managed, with fresh food and great service."

"Not my typical McDonald's experience. At 3 different times:. 9PM, 10AM, and 1:30. Every time my heart sank when I saw how many cars were thru on the car. Every time I was amazed, how fast they all got through. Orders were 100% correct every time. I didn't have to ask for Ketchup, it was in my order. So were napkins, straws, etc. When all McDonalds ran like this, I would visit more often. Look at Kentucky McDs. The ride thru crew at this place got rid of it, got mojo working, and they all deserve a nice increase for their #1 service, accuracy and kindness. The best McDs I have for 40 years."

"It can be a miserable experience going through fast food drive thru service portals. When it 's wrong and that 's usually on the worst possible ocassion it can be more of a hassle to go back and get it correct than its worth. So, for me, it 's always with a bit of resignation that I allow myself to join the other hopefuls and limp forward into the double headed queue of the 12AM McDonald 's line. However, this particular McDonald 's is like a 'throwback, ' a throwback to times when customer service was a reality and not just a word bandied about by people who had never truly experienced it or seen it modeled--to a time when a service station attendant pumped your gas, checked your oil and water, and washed your windshield before taking your payment--to a time when there were no self service drink dispensers in restaurants. The food in this McDonald 's is not only hot and fresh but is made exactly the way you order it, down to the smallest detail. I have never asked for five pickles, no mustard and double ketchup on my quarter pounder with bacon and cheese; but, for some reason, I believe that I could do so and receive the same. It may be that it 's me feeling nostalgic. It may be that someone knows what the heck they are doing in this particular franchise because it holds true for this fast food establishment what holds true for the ones I visit 5 or more times--the service quality remains the same. Just like I receive fair to poor service everywhere else--I receive superior service at this particular location. It may be that I don 't eat fast food a great deal and I usually do so at the same places because of scheduling and somehow skewed that me to sample the poor service end of the bell curve by an anomoly, doubt it. Finally, I want to reveal that I have no connection with anyone who owns, manages or works at this particular McDonald 's nor any McDonald 's franchise nor have I ever been an employee of McDonald 's in this city, state, country, planet or this distinct area of the multi-verse. I am not writing this review to hail and shower praise on the workers and managers at the franchise for delivering service that I now rate superior but you once received no matter where you ate or you didn 't go back again. Try that strategy today and you will go hungry! I am writing this review, however, for people like me who would appreciate a pleasant surprise and like to go through a drive thru or get curbside or carryout and receive hot, freshly made food just the way they ordered and have it served by friendly, well mannered people who act in a professional fashion! If you want one of these experiences from a fast food franchise then GET IN LINE or ENTER HERE . . . ."

"I was not in a mcdonald’s since one, I was quite surprised to see the kiosk in the floor where they can place their order and served it at the theke that was interesting. the eating was good, although it was at a time when all schoolchildren came to their breakfast, so it got a great amount, but all in all it was a good experience."
