"Asked for hot sauce, got mild. Asked for sugar substitute and creamer on the side, both were added to coffee. Asked to not fill coffee to top, was filled to top, spilled in car. Staff inattentive and inconsiderate. Not going back."

"Cold food after a 25min wait at curbside for my mobile order of a happy meal a lrg fry n 2 sodas. One of which was laying on its side in my bag when they finally brought it out to me and it had soaked through my bag and threw all of my food before I even realized it. The food was stale besides soggy from the soda ice cold and I was the only car waiting there was no one in drive-thru waiting either so why did it take 25 minutes to get an order that I placed on my way to this McDonald's. And who the hell lay s a soda in a paper bag with no carrier on its side? Besides that my daughter's six-piece nugget Happy meal only had three nuggets in it! Waste of time and money since we couldn't even eat it!"

"Manager was cursed, the place is dirty, the hired seem very overwhelmed. she saw for 20 minutes or so without being recognized at the reception. the people before me were upset how long it took this team to serve them. there was money in the front counter. I don't know where it came from. I even have a video of a woman who screams and screams at the hard drive thru window about how, when she worked here, she was never paid and had shortened her shaky with her mother. probably you have to shut down and reopen. It's really bad. if I could post half a star."
