"Good food and great service! This is a quaint establishment with quality food. I had the low fat pizza without cheese and it was great. The dough was crispy and fresh and their marinara sauce was also awesome. some of the best pizza i have had in awhile."

"Pizza we ordered was not made fresh, seems like we got an old pizza sitting around, cold, hard with cold mushrooms from a can thrown on top. This has happened a few times. We call and complain but they don't seem to care. Used to love Sorrento. Not so much anymore"

"I have been frequenting this restaurant for several years. The food is good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. The last 2 times I attempted to order take out, I was on hold for more than 30 minutes the first time and 15 minutes (before I hung up) the second time. There are no pleasantries, just rude staff answering the phones. You either get “Stavros, pick up or delivery? Hold.” or “Stavros, hold”and no one ever comes back on the line. I actually drove to the restaurant while still on hold and placed my order at the counter. I explained what had happened and showed them I was still on hold (almost 30 minutes total). They didn’t even apologize. Today, I tried again and still experienced poor customer service. While the food is good, it is also good at many other places that go above and beyond to provide good service and ensure their customers feel valued. I will be patronizing one of them from this point forward."

"Very good pizza but they need the ability to request a pizza to be cooked well done on the app. Over all 4/5 if you like your pizza crispy there isnt an ability to ask for it made crispy on the app yet, so you may need to get your own oven ready to give it the crunch you may be looking for."

"The pizza slice was tasty but the Spaghetti and meatballs not so much. I asked if meatballs came made or made in-house fresh, was told made inhouse but once tasted you could tell they were processed meatballs. Would get pizza again. I had a bogo pizza slice from a Dining Advantage Card"
