"Ordered 2 large pies, cheese fries and a soda. Got the order and everything was right except the pies were personal. This was for 5 people. When I called back they offered to fix it by sending me the large if I paid full price. This was after I waited about an hr and half for the first order. Foods ok but not worth the wait or questioning if your orders right. The prices online are not accurate, which is why I thought I paid for 2 large. And the fact they cared so little about losing a customer says a lot."

"We just had my sons First Communion Party at Maggio?s and I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From day one Bette was amazing and so easy to work with. No matter how many questions I had or emails I sent she always responded and answered them. Day of event the room looked amazing and the food was phenomenal. The waitstaff the day of the party were so kind and having Bette there as well was awesome. We will definitely be back and will refer family and friends looking for a venue. Thanks for everything!"

"As a local tractor trailer driver I called and asked to order take out. After I waited on hold for 5 minutes I asked to order take out, which they refused me because they are doing delivery only, even though online it clearly states open for take out and delivery. After I explained I am a truck driver, she said sorry that sucks and basically hung up on me. I was more than willing to accommodate any protocol they may have had to support a local business. DO NOT support a business that refuses to serve a hungry truck driver."

"Attended a catered event at their hall. Everything was perfect. Parking is an issue. Not enough handicapp spaces, complicated by timed parking for the four slots next to handicapp threatening towed at owners expense. Maggios should petition to have 2-3 handicapp slots per row near them or the ADA should look at this."

"I came here on a whim because I see it all the time when driving down Street Road. I'm glad I did, we had good service, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing. There were a few mistakes with our meals, but they were quick to fix and it was very busy so I understand. The main reason I am leaving this review and have it at 4 Stars is because of the dessert. We got the big cookie with vanilla ice cream and it was actually very very salty. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but it threw us all off and afterwards our stomachs were upset from it. Oddly enough the cookie was still good though, just too salty to finish.Edit: Yes, the cookie was very salty, which is what was so confusing."
