"Portions were small relative to price, over easy eggs were first over cooked and then it came out sunny side up, pancakes were a bit dry and served with ketchup, hash browns i.e. fried potato cubes was cold and overloaded with paprika, salad was not fresh where the tomatoes were falling apart off the fork...terrible. Would never recommend and absolutely never come back."

"My only complain of this diner is that you get way too many French fries. I mean look at that plate. Burger was big, juicy and very tasty. We also had the cheesecake. I've been here before and I enjoyed my food. This time I went with my best friend for my Birthday because of the nice time I previously had. You won't be disappointed. The staff is very friendly."

"My wife is from Poland and she misses the cooking from Babcia and so do I. So I found this restaurant online and it looked authentic and the reviews were good. We were both so impressed. Great service reasonable prices and portions are definitely generous. The taste was delicious and truly from Poland. I enjoyed having polish beer again and we felt like we were transported to Poland if just for a couple of hours."

"This is a fantastic middle eastern restaurant with a clearly marked menu for vegetarian elements. It is easy to distinguish what is vegan. They even have homemade vegan desserts. I loved everything I had here, although my favorite dishes are the walnut filled paprika and the lion tooth green. I highly recommend going with at least three others and sharing everything. It's worth traveling from Manhattan."

"Visited this location on Sunday. It was pretty busy and the wait time for seating was 50 minutes, but they were DEFINITELY understaffed. Our server (who I would mention by name if I kept the receipt) was very attentive and kind which is especially worth noting in this case as she mentioned that she had to work from open to close. As for the food, everything was good (about what you'd expect from a casual chain restaurant) and the pina colada was amazing. I do want to draw attention to the wagyu burger which I believe is a relatively new addition to Red Lobster's menu (added in 2021 if I'm not mistaken). I tried it for the first time on this visit and it was definitely a good burger, but I can't help but think it was no better than any other burger could be. Mine could have done with a bit more salt (which I added myself). The white cheddar doesn't exactly add a whole lot of flavor to the burger, but was a welcome addition to the mix nonetheless. Overall, I expected more from a Wagyu burger, but I can only assume that given the price, they're using American wagyu, which is not as flavorful as Japanese wagyu. Not going to delve further into the complexities of flavor though at a Red Lobster establishment of all places, but all I can say is that the burger was good, not great. With that being said, overall, the food and service was good. I don't think you can ask for much more than that. The restroom was also clean which is always something I look for when visiting a restaurant."

"Updated review 6/2022: This is a FANTASTIC supermarket. Seriously, one of the best I’ve been to. Each department is top of the line and the selection is incredible. Cheese, deli, butcher, coffee/tea are the highlights. The cafe is also exceptional. In addition to the choices inside, Food Bazaar has added an outdoor barbecue stand for summer weekends (Fri-Sun) with an extensive menu. The food is all delicious and homemade. I have a few complaints, especially as compared to other Food Bazaars. First, the produce is not quite as good. It’s better than it used to be but could be fresher. I’m not a fan of the prepackaged seafood, although it’s not too bad because it is all packed on-site fresh. But the biggest problem is the checkout line. This is the only Food Bazaar I’ve ever seen with a single line instead of having people line up normally at the registers. It completely jams up the aisle that people line up in. That needs to be removed and I’ve never seen it in any other Food Bazaar. It makes shopping in that aisle impossible, and lining up impossible too (you have to go all the way to the end of the single line, then turn around and get in line). It flows very poorly. One other area of improvement: staff. For the most part, the staff is excellent, but you can tell some of the older staff left over from Fairway is not up to the same standards as Food Bazaar’s own staff. The staff at the Elizabeth Food Bazaar is amazing, and that store’s management team could perhaps teach this store’s staff a thing or two. But complaints aside, it’s an incredible supermarket and a wonderful asset for Red Hook and this part of Brooklyn. Worth a stop if you’re in the area for any reason!"
