"I had ordered a mini nonveg meal from this restaurant through Swiggy. The food was delivered on time but the food didn't met my expectations. -The chicken tasted absolutely stale. I first thought it was some flavour of the dish but with each bite it became worse to consume because of the taste. Not sure whom to question about this, the manager of this place or the chefs who deal with the food? -The gulab jamun included in this meal was undercooked. It just felt completely sticky from the inside. I can understand that running such a huge place requires a lot of efforts but that doesn't mean you should be compromising with the quality of the food of your customers. Tried contacting Swiggy with no response from their side either. Later they said they can offer a 30₹ coupon for my next purchase. Is this how such a big company deals with things? Requesting the owner/manager to kindly revert back at the earliest."

"This is the legendary outlet for people of Vadodara. Some places do not have to be the best but the memories and bond you share with them make them the best. This is exactly what Kalyan Cafe is to me.<br>

Ambiance- The simplest ambiance for a Cafe, more like a college Canteen which is what depicts it's ambiance. Expect high chairs and tall tables. 3/5<br>

Service- Kalyan used to be excessively full at one time but the number of customers have decreased and I found it empty when I went. Service was quick enough and the host was friendly especially when I told him of the nostalgic memories I associate with this place. No complaints. 5/5<br>

Food- The food quality has been degrading over the years. It is still decent but is not exceptional as it used to be.<br>

Nachos- A very ordinary plate of Nachos which you can get anywhere. Nothing to remember taste wise. 3/5<br>

"Had heard a lot about it... what better day then a Sunday to test the service & food ... me n my bff went there today... our waiting time was 10 mins... 10 became 20 n 20 became 30.... atlast after long 60 mins of waiting on the footpath we were asked to enter the cafe... excitedly we rushed to c our table.. our own cell to sit & enjoy... n to our surprise & disappointment ...we were asked to share a table with a group of 6...!!!! After 60 mins of wait this is what we were offered!!! We tried speaking to the manager and rude reply we get is...."let them go, it's just 2 ppl" ..... really!!!! We just walked away... if u don't value your customer.. the customer does not value u... <br>

Small advice to them.. b polite when u r in hospitality industry or else it's not a place for u buddy..!!! <br>
