"Manager here is great. He is a very nice and attentive employee. However, I did a mobile order around 8pm on a Sunday evening. I made sure they didn?t close before then. When I arrived, my order was hanging on the door with the store closed. I appreciate the effort, but I would have liked a call from the store informing me the store is closing instead of having my food on the door. Also, why is this store closing 2 hours early than posted on the store front and website?"

"Lily is the worst person I have ever dealt with at this location every time I come here. So much so I have to go to a different location. She?s so rude and I?ve even heard her call me vulgar names under her breathe at one point. Probably won?t be there again unless this place decides to fire her."

"Whoever was at subway on 7/21 on nightshift is an absolute CHAMP. (Not quite sure of his name, but I believe it was Marcus (super nice, younger black gentleman . My husband went to pick up a Doordash order, and Marcus(? already had a few orders ahead of ours that he was working on, but was super nice and went ahead and made the one my husband was picking up. They spoke for a bit while he was working through his orders. In the 15-20 minutes my husband was there, Marcus(? recieved 19 new Mobile Orders in the span of 10 minutes. 19. One of which was for 18 sandwiches and then some. Keep in mind he was the only one in the store. Not only did he not get discouraged, but kept his cool and kept on trucking. He needs a raise and needs some help on the night shift. The quality of service and product he putting out was worth so much more than what he was getting paid. If you go in and see him, make sure to give him a big ol fat tip. He deserves every bit of it. Super good dude."

"Some shifts you see only one pour soul running the whole store and dealing with rude customers, some shifts you will see two people working and its semi unfair to the rest of the other workers stuck working alone especially during rushes! I get wanting to save money on labor but don't make other hard working people of your company be at the short end of the stick!"

"Jeff crafts hand down the best subway sandwiches I’ve ever had. He is the only reason I started going back to subway. I go here at minimum twice a week, since I work next door. The store is very cleanly, and generally well stocked, however it is always understaffed. It has been getting busier and busier over the past couple months. Hopefully they can get some more help in to reduce the wait time."
