"It’s not a bad place but it definitely wasn’t everything I was hoping for it to be. First off, I had my place in the waitlist (which is all by pen and paper) pushed after another party simply walked in and took our table, and the wait staff acted as if we hadn’t already been waiting 30 minutes and it didn’t just happen in front of us. It simply doesn’t feel like an inviting environment. The food is pricey, and just about what you can expect. Not a bad place to get ramen, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth that the ramen didn’t make up for. It’s not the worst choice out there, but there’s a lot of other good places in Japantown to go to."

"The choice is pathetic salmon sushi, she went out to make it while I sat down, she took it to the writing rather than to foot 5 more steps to bring it to me. it was not cut open, she asked to cut it, it brings it back to the writing, not for me. Fucking service worst sushi I've ever had"

"We chose to order online from this restaurants because of the good reviews. I received the order confirmation at 07:47 pm and had the pick up time at 08:07 pm. We went to the restaurant and we had to wait for a while before someone helped us. We were told that it?ll take 15 minutes more, and so we waited. 15 minutes went by and the waitress told us to wait for a little bit more. Several others came and they were also told to wait 15 mins, I guess that?s the generic response they give to everybody. At this time we?ve waited 30 mins and the waitress came with our order, only to realize that we are missing one order, so we were forced to wait another 10 mins! In total we waited for 40 mins. We also noticed that they kept accepting new customers for dine in, and most sit there long before they get their orders taken or are able to pay or get their bills. When we were finally able to eat, the noodles were cold and tough. Our hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the restaurant, but since we had to wait extra 10 mins for the order they failed to make, I guess it made the soup and noodles cold. The food is not worthy for the long waiting time."
