"We love this place! It is great for a special anniversary / celebration or a girl night out. The food is always excellent and the service is some of the best we have experienced in a restaurant in the Springs. The cook gets it right every time! My husband and I celebrate our anniversary with dinner at Cowboy Star every year for the last 3 years and their attention to detail makes it so special... a red rose at the table, a personalized card, etc. Until dinner: the oysters are incredible and always fresh. If you order a steak, make sure to add shrimp – they are just as delicious as the steak! We love the cauliflower and the Brussels sprouts. Seasonal salads are delicious and their coffee is the best way to finish the meal! You can also not go wrong with an ultimate burger and a Sangria for a girl night. Overall rating of this place 5 stars!"
