"They have very bad customer service. When I called to place an order I was not greeted on the phone. I went on and placed my order and they didn’t say thank you or give me a total. I went on to pick up the order and parked in the curbside parking spot and called the number. I was told to go inside and pay… instead of someone coming out to my car….. I did, after going inside and approaching the register, i was still not greeted nor given a total…. The guy who tended to me all he said was “card” , already assuming I would pay with a card, but still no total was given. I gave him the card not knowing how much I was paying…. Ok so after I paid m, instead of handing me my food like it would be done anywhere else he says “your food is over there on table”… This is the last time I go there because it is not the first time they have been rude and lacking customer service skills. I wanted to be able to give them another chance but hopefully they improve in the future for the good of their business"
