A lovely worker put the ranch on the side and left a note saying it contains gluten. I called up there and thanked her personally for this info, but I just want to brag more about her because it made my day and saved me from being glutened. I think her name was Lita or Lena? Anyways, thank you!!! Absolutely made my day."

"This is one of my favorite potbelly's. They're so efficient at the lunchtime rush that I don't have to spend my lunch break in line. And the people that work there are really nice. I always get the Mediterranean sandwich with no cheese, and it's consistent and delicious. Live music from 12 to 2 on some weekdays kind of fun with a local feel even though it's a chain. Oh and the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are divine."

"I ordered weeks before, but I felt a way to publish this review. I first came over this place when I worked in the inner city of atlanta, and they opened up over the road from my job. the dame and the man who worked there (I think the owners) were very nice and cared for the food they brought out. this experience was extremely the opposite. the dame in the load constantly complained about short staff. I saw a worker coming in from outside, not washing her hands and working with eating. only the whole experience was bad. it took 3 hours for me to get 2 wraps and had the grace to irritate with me because I already paid online and I want my order. I will try again, hopefully I will be a better result. ?"

"Every time I come here, I get the most friendly service and a quality product. You remember to get involved with you and generally offer an extraordinary experience to begin to finish! Once we even stopped ten minutes before closing and decided not to go and be those who order when the place tries to close, and the employee ran out to let us know that we are welcome in anyway.
