"I watched two employees eat ice directly from the shaved iced machine, using their bare hands as bowls. The female employee even helped herself to two kinds of syrup, on the ice, that was in her bare hand. Then, the two proceeded to take and fulfill orders from the drive thru windows, without wearing gloves and without washing or sanitizing their hands disgusting."

"Service was great, but the key lime pie ice cream was horrible. We ate at the one in Douglasville and it was our favorite and tasted like real ice cream . This tasted like gross lime sherbet fluff."
