"Good place for frozen yogurt, usually to go since they have so few seats. Build your own sundae with lots of toppings. A good healthy alternative to ice cream.Nicely located on Piedmont Ave where there is an interesting selection of stores great restaurants for a small neighborhood street!"

"I absolutely love this place! I was staying in a nearby hotel, and found myself coming here daily. They have quite a few unique ingredients at their disposal and you can see the fresh fruits laying out in the shop. The bowls I had were all excellent. Their granola really hits the spot and they use a perfectly subtle amount of honey and coconut flakes. I'd take one of those over an ice cream sundae any day! They have the Epic vegan protein (good stuff) as an optional topping, so you can turn a smoothie/bowl into a good post-workout option. They also have a menu of non-dairy golden milks (which I didn't try), but I'd be surprised if they weren't excellent as well. You should definitely find yourself here on a nice day and enjoy a bowl out in the courtyard with a friend or a book! I know I would if I lived here!"

"Ice cream is good will not give samples so lots of guessing . Sundaes are large but a bit overpriced $15 18 and can be shared. Pie got peach 6/10 and apple 4/10 filling was good but soggy crust; size of slices varied drastically by about 50%. Would go back because this is a nostalgic good for taking tourist friends but there are many ice cream shops that offer equitable or better !! sundaes."

"I think this is genuinely my current favorite restaurantI have loved just about everything I have gotten here and I have friends who used to live in SF that always want to go here when they come to visit (which is good, because I rarely make the excuse for myself to drive up to Oakland on my own ! You can't go wrong with the Shaobing Sandwiches, the Laksa, or the Nuggets. I'm a huge fan of the Almond Sesame Shallot Cookies and the Pandan Butter Nian Gao, and the ice cream is great, too, although I'm less likely to order it simply because I'm always ordering takeout and driving it back to either SF or Milpitas. Often there's an item or two I end up with that are spicier than I can typically handle (usually it's the Shaobing Sandwich , but it's always so good I eat the whole thing anyway :P You can order ahead of time online to avoid the (often huge line at/after 5pm on their website, but you can't order the specials (argh! . Gotta be quick or sometimes things sell out fast, especially on the weekends. Pickup is also kind of crazy, because it's nearly impossible to find parking near there, but if you have a second person, you can have them hop out and circle the block."

"Hey Ben, Hey Jerry, you did good. Located in Jack London, such a cute little area. My favorite part about having the actual location, are the limited ice cream flavors they have! They had cereal milk....drooling. I loved the Frozen Flakes cereal milk ice cream with crisp cereal swirls. It's cute and the staff are friendly. Who can resist that sweet sweet smell of cones; waffle, sugar, dipped...they got them all. It's not cheap, but it's Ben and Jerry's, just skip dinner. Overall great location and perfect all year round."
