"I was very surprised at the condition of this brand new store. I sent an email right away and have not heard back. The red tray's grime and old lettuce was under the paper that was placed there to serve my meal on. The other tray for my husband was obviously greasy too. I asked to talk to a manager and as I was standing there, saw an extreme amount of grimy splatter, and old food by the frier. Trash on the floor behind the counter being stepped on, and no one cared. The pick up counter was sloppy wet and greasy looking. They were using a bucket of water and rags to wipe each table instead of a spray bottle and disposable wipes. My surprise is that there were about seven or so people working at that time and none of them were too busy to clean. Also an employee was in the ladies room screaming at someone on the phone or with them. It was very loud and was going on for at least 5+ minutes while I was standing there, and the manager did nothing. We get it about places being shorthanded, but they were not, and had time to take care of everything the right way!! If we go out and pay the higher prices, we should at least be able to enjoy our time and food. Sheesh ?"

"Actually one of the nicest ice cream shops I've ever been to. The customer service is exceptionally good, you always get greeted when you go in, and the flavors are fantastic. Vegan buckeye is to die for! It's seasonal so get in there soon."
